The party host is responsible for providing the tables and chairs. Also, whatever drinks and snacks to be served are the party's responsibility.

A deposit of $100 is required to secure your date and time. I accept Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay or take Major Credit Cards online with an additional 3% charge. If paying by credit card, I will send a link to pay your deposit. The $100 will go towards the final total for the party, the remainder is due the day of the party prior to beginning. Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay are accepted at the time of the party. Credit cards can also be used with an additional 3% charged to the total due that day.
Painting choice and the amount of people attending must be finalized 72 hours prior to the date of the party. The final number of attendees submitted is what is owed upon the arrival at the party. If there are any cancellations within the last 72 hours, it's up to the host to fill those empty spots.
There is no travel fee if the party is within a 30 minute drive from the Lincoln area. If over 30 minute drive (i.e. Lincoln to Sacramento), there will be a $25 travel charge added to the total of the party.
$42.50 per person up to 10 painters for a 2-3 hour session (minimum 3 painters)
Each additional painter over 10 is $40/person up to 15 people
Parties of 15 or more is $40/person flat fee
Price includes: Pre-Sketched Out Canvases, Paint, Brushes, Easels, Aprons, Cups, Plates, Paper Towels, Tablecloths, Painting Instructions, & Memories
***NOTE: It is the responsibility of the host to collect the funds from all participants prior to the date of the party and pay the remaining balance on the day of the party. Once the final participant count has been given, any cancellations or no shows will not be refunded.
